The points of the dividers were placed on Te and R.
In the R/Te/M Vector calculator, Te never moves so we pivoted on Te and swung R to the right until it touched the New relative Motion Line (NRML).
The new R was labeled "Rc".
The Te towards R vector represents our own ship so swinging R to the right means we will turn to starboard.
